This is one for all of you audiophiles! Steve Digva of In Phase International Ltd has been amassing some choice pieces of car audio from days gone by to the point where he believes it’s a shame to keep them hidden away.

With that in mind they’re planning on creating a car audio museum at their Nottingham headquarters that will be open to the public and allow some of the rare products and past favourites to be fondly gazed upon by fellow enthusiasts. Like any museum though they could always do with more exhibits and are requesting any M.E.N readers to have a dig around at the bottom of their drawers, behind the sofa or in the corner of that stock room for your unwanted but interesting old audio. In particular they’re on the lookout for products from the likes of Sharps and Hitachi, but anything is welcome including manuals and instructions from any manufacturer. Hopefully with co-operation from M.E.N readers we can help create a sanctuary for some of those products that have been a part of our car audio past and allow future generations to understand just how it used to be.
